Hey there Cee,

I should have probably mentioned that Bella is not really my dog, but my brother's and his family's.  However, the dog is over here enough that it is partially mine.  Those nights when she stays over here as her parents are out on the town, are quite interesting.  She often comes in around 4 a.m. and nudges my arm in order to wake me up.  She has figured out that I am unable to pet, but she seizes every opportunity to get to me when I am leaning forward so she can lick my face with all kinds of kisses.

Oh, that is so nice of you to give some love to Peyton.  Tom Brady is such a media darling I never thought I'd hear a nice word come out of a Patriots fan.  Old Bil Belichek was not a happy camper.  You got to feel sorry for that team on the way home.  Wooh, I'm sure they got an earful. :(

To answer your question about obtaining copyrights, another web friend sent me this link about Copyright Laws that states:

 

"Copyright is secured automatically when the work is created, and a work is "created" when it is fixed in a copy or phonorecord for the first time. "Copies" are material objects from which a work can be read or visually perceived either directly or with the aid of a machine or device, such as books, manuscripts, sheet music, film, videotape, or microfilm. "Phonorecords" are material objects embodying fixations of sounds (excluding, by statutory definition, motion picture soundtracks) such as cassette tapes, CDs, or LPs."

 

Yes, I have posted my poetry at my space, but I also have written copies and typed copies all with the date that I wrote the poem. Hope this helps.
